At Shibumi Firenze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade artisanal menswear. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our studio in Florence using a tracked shipping service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method.
